Frida Kahlo didn't shrink from color — she used it to say the things that were hardest to say.

This 90-minute writing workshop borrows that same permission: two guided prompts built around color and self-portraiture, plenty of quiet writing time, and space to share only if you want to.

No writing experience needed. Just curiosity, and whatever color is actually true of you that morning.

What to have available: Something to write with (paper or laptop), and a willingness to be a little more vivid than usual.
